HI, I’m Erin.

While I don’t claim to know it all, I HAVE helped hundreds of clients overcome their health obstacles, strengthen their bodies, heal their metabolisms, and transform their lives. Which is why I made my step by step coaching program, Unlock Your True Potential.


By following what I believed were the right actions following different health trends and influencers over the years, I placed my own body into a hypo metabolic state. I was confused, desperate and frustrated. This started me down a path of learning from Nobel prize winning scientists, nutritional researchers, and experts in the pro metabolic realm.

Now I have the knowledge and guidance to cut through marketing and misinformation, and truly begin to solve the health obstacles that used to baffle me.

Since then I haven’t looked back. I have learned how to heal my own metabolism, optimize my brain function, and break through my own health and fitness barriers that were holding me back and help others do the same.
