Terms of Service Policy

 Please note that by purchasing these services, all sales are final and no refunds will be given. If a session needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, please provide a 24 hour notice.  If the session is cancelled under the 24 hour period, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. If there is a "no call no show" then you will be charged for the entire session. 


Since initial consultation sessions are two hours long, there will be a 50% charge for the session if it is rescheduled under 48 hours. No call, no shows for the initial consultation meeting will be charged in full.

All sessions expire within 12 months of purchase, excluding annual memberships, or special package offers. Please pay attention to the expiration policy of those agreements.
