Neuro Train and Meander Towards Greatness present two live, 2-day Applications weekends in Phoenix, AZ (April 2027):
Applications 1: R-Phase and Applications 2: I-Phase (the following weekend).
Since 2020, many practitioners have had to develop their craft without the in-person coaching that used to sharpen the standard.
And if you’ve ever attended a live Z-Health course, you already know the uncomfortable truth: most of us don’t realize when we’re missing the target—until an experienced coach watches, adjusts, and helps us dial in precision.
That precision isn’t a “nice to have.” It's the purpose of the drills.
The brain changes with accuracy. High-quality reps require high-quality input. And when your reps get clearer, your outcomes become greater: less pain, better movement, stronger lifts, better performance - often with fewer reps, faster acquisition, and greater lasting changes in the nervous system.
That’s what these Applications Courses are for.
In April 2027, we’re hosting two live, 2-day Applications weekends in Phoenix, AZ—built specifically for Z-Health Practitioners who want to refine execution, upgrade coaching skill, and learn how to apply the phases in the real world with real clients.
What Applications Is
Applications is a live, hands-on training experience designed for Z-Health practitioners who want to:
Refine execution and coaching precision
Improve drill selection and sequencing in real client scenarios
Troubleshoot what’s not working (and why)
Apply the phase with a clearer clinical/performance lens: pain, mobility, lifts, athletic performance, and skill acquisition
Minimal lecture. Maximum hands-on work.
You’ll be coached, you’ll coach, and you’ll leave with a sharper eye for what matters most: target, dosage, and precision.
