  • Women: Light (6kg) and medium (10kg) kettlebells for beginners; 8kg and 12kg for intermediates; 12kg and 16kg for advanced.

  • Men: 12kg and 16kg for beginners; 16kg and 20kg for intermediates; 20kg and 24kg for advanced.
